That's right. And I'm not even done yet.
A few things prepped... measured out sugar and pectin-like stuff (I was using Pomona's Pectin - what's in those two jars with the white lids - the powder stuff and calcium water).
The measured out mashed strawberries with calcium water all ready to go and waiting for me to start in on...
And the finished product. 17 half pints and one 4oz jar - three batches of jam. Just tonight. I think I have enough strawberries left in the fridge for one more batch at least. Want to do a few more, just because we like jam.
